Conditions to withdraw funds as a Sender

1. Shouldn't meet sales condition within time frame.

2. According to your Lockout Period, you should be at least 30-60 days past the contract's end date.

How to withdraw funds after meeting the conditions?

1. Follow the steps mentioned in existing contract section.

2. Click on Withdraw Funds as Sender. It has 2 pop-ups. First it will request chainlink functions to check on the Real Estate API and check your contract's conditions. Second it will withdraw funds if contract conditions are met. Please be patient as it can take some time.
